Registration and payment in full must be completed prior to the commencement of your enrollment or purchase of our products and respective service.
You can submit a request for cancellation of our services and refund according to our “Refund Policy”.

Cancel our service in case of unavoidable circumstances.
Change the pre-announced schedules for Practice Tests and webinars dates.
Change an instructor/tutor prior to the commencement of the pre-scheduled dates for classes if necessary.
Copyright
All materials on the MPDS website/LMS and materials supplied to candidates are subject to Australian and international copyright laws. Should you wish to use, reproduce or distribute our materials in a manner outside these laws, prior written consent from Mastermind Professional Development Services must be obtained.
MPDS acknowledges that CPA Australia owns copyright of all CPA Program study guide materials and specific learning objectives within those materials.
Website/LMS unavailability
We do not take responsibility if the Website/LMS is unavailable due to any computer downtime, malfunction, maintenance or such other event outside the beyond control.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refund after purchasing our Practice Tests. Practice Tests are expressly excluded from our Refund Policy.
In case of unavoidable circumstances, you may submit a request to cancel your order within one day after placing the order. We will review your requests. Please note that if the order is already shipped or delivered, we will not be able to approve the cancelation request.
Intensive weekly and exam preparation classes are refundable within 24 hours of purchase.
If we unable to deliver our product or service, we will provide you full refund.
